*meaning there is no penalty to the SELLER if they don’t sell to the highest Bidder and NO COMMISSIONS to Seller or Buyer if item sells… AND…the BUYER has the right to refuse the purchase after the auction ends if misrepresentation is discovered at the Post-Sale Inspection.

There are too many miles and not enough time. ONLINE auctions are the only way you can be in many places at once and a PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION by an unbiased, third-party expert is the next best thing to seeing, smelling, and touching the item yourself.

Sellers just create good, honest, current videos and photos, answer Buyer’s questions, and allow for a PRE PURCHASE INPSPECTION by an unbiased, third-party expert either before listing their auction or at the close of an auction. A PPI will increase Buyer confidence and bid activity.
